Are we allowed to bring our dogs?
Yes, as long as you keep them on a lead; they are not allowed in the Café or Ice Cream Parlour.
We might be a little bit late for our pre-booked time slot, is that OK?
Yes certainly, just come along safely on the day and we will check you in at reception.
A member of our group can no longer visit with us, can we have a refund?
Unfortunately refunds can only be processed if it is more than 7 days until your visit.
Can we bring a picnic?
Yes, you are more than welcome to bring a picnic and we have plenty picnic benches to use. There's also a Café, Burger Bar & Ice Cream Parlour.
Can we pay on arrival rather than book in advance?
Yes, this is possible; we prefer you to book in advance but we always accept on spec guests.
Do you accept cash and card payments?
Yes, we do.
Do you have WiFi at the park?
Yes we do have guest WiFi available.
